ADMISSION RULES TO A FEE-PAYING BASIS FOR CITIZENS OF KAZAKHSTAN

1.           APPLICANT’S SCHEDULE (CALENDAR):

All documents must be submitted before the deadline date. Late applications will not be accepted.

Please check the schedule of the applicant for the 2017-2018 academic year:

2.            THE LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT:

              Statement in the prescribed form;

              Certificate of completion of general secondary (secondary general) or technical and vocational (primary or secondary professional, post-secondary) education with the Annex (original);

              Certificate of UNT or complex testing;

              Certificates of proficiency in English (TOEFL, IELTS or РТЕ Асademic);

              ESSAY;

              6 photos, size is 3x4 (no more than 1 year of prescription);

              medical certificate (086-U form), fluoro, vaccination card (063-U form);

              Копия документа и подлинник, удостоверяющего личность;

              reference of criminal record.

      

3.           UNT REQUIREMENTS:

For admission to a fee-paying basis at KazNMU International medical school the UNT score must be 70 and above. The selection will be on a competitive basis.

4.           LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS:

You need to download one of the following certificates of proficiency in English:

1.            IELTS:   5.5 and above (not less than 5.0 in each module)

2.            TOEFL: paper-based - 525 and above
                                        iBT - 46  and above

3.            PTE A: 42 and above

Be attentive! The certificate must not be expired.  IELTS - results are valid for two years only.

5.           WHAT IS ESSAY?

ESSAY – applicant’s essay should be at least 500 words, where he/she explains why he/she wants to become a doctor, why he/she wants to study at KazNMU International medical schoo, what are the expectations, etc.

6.            COMPETITIVE SELECTION

Applicants’ admission to a fee-paying basis to the International medical school is performed in accordance with competitive process.

In case of equal UNT score, the applicants with more higher average score of certificate or diploma prevail. In case of equal UNT score and the absence of preference rights, as well as equal average score of certificate or diploma, scores gained on specialized subject are considered.

7.            CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT/ AGREEMENT. INTRODUCTION OF TUITION FEES.

              Applicants who have passed the competition conclude the contract with the University on providing of educational services (hereinafter - Agreement)

              If the applicant is underage below 18 YO, the Agreement is concluded by his/her legal representative on the behalf of the student.

              By signing the Agreement the applicant confirms that he/she is acquainted and agrees with the provisions of the Agreement, Charter of the University, Rules for internal educational regulations of the University, basic normative legal acts regulating the procedure for admission into educational organization and passing education

              Tuition fee in the University is determined in accordance with the Tariff for fee-paying educational services for the appropriate academic year confirmed in accordance with the established procedure.

              Fee for education may be paid both by the University students and third parties (parents, relatives, sponsors and so on).

              Fee for education may be paid by means of cash lodgment to the cash department (from an individual in favor of the legal entity (University) and by money transfer by means of bank transfer to the University’s operating account.
